- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup skim milk
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- ½ scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process to a smooth consistency.
