Quiche is a meal in itself. It combines everything a keto meal needs in an all in “one pot” dish. Fat, protein and vegetables.
Below is a simple quiche blend that I enjoy making but you can make so many varieties it depends on your taste buds. Feel free to green it up with some spinach or roasted broccoli. Add more meat, like chunks of grilled chicken breast or even shrimp. The combinations are endless.

The best part about this recipe is that it can even be wrapped in plastic wrap and frozen. Pop it out the freezer and place in a baking pan for 20 minutes at 350 and you have a prepared meal.

- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- ¼ cup olive oil (+1 tsp. if needed)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 6 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion
- 3 slices halal turkey/beef bacon (Preferably uncured nitrate-free if you can find it)
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350F.
Make Crust: Combine all crust ingredients and knead into a ball. Press dough into an 11×7 casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes and remove. You don’t want the crust to be cooked all the way, as it will continue cooking when we add the fillings.
Prepare Filling: Cut 3 slices of Halal bacon into chunks and put them in the pan to cook. Once the bacon is finished, remove it to paper towels to cool. Set aside. To the same pan add onions and garlic, and saute. In a large bowl combine bacon, eggs, cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, onions, and garlic. You can add all the bacon fat into this also.
Mix the egg mixture well, then pour it into the crust. Bake again for 15-18 minutes and then remove to cool.
