got so excited when I found this. I had been buying pure BLUEBERRY JUICE for its antioxidants and been painstakingly cutting GINGER up for each every smoothie because it’s an appetite suppressant. I was looking to add TURMERIC because I’ve increased the intensity of my workouts and it’s an anti-inflammatory and will help reduce post workout soreness.
Then I came across this baby and BAM I get it all in one and I don’t have to cut up ginger every morning, which was actually the longest part of making my smoothie….And that is how we met smile emoticon
