Ingredients:
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ cup water
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
• 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
• 2 tablespoons almond meal
• 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
• ¼ teaspoon granulated stevia
• 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
Instructions:
1. Put chia seeds, hemp seeds, flaxseed meal, almond meal, granulated stevia, and shredded coconut in a nonstick saucepan and pour over the water.
2. When cooked, stir in vanilla and spoon into a serving bowl, sprinkle with walnuts.
