HERBED ROASTED COD
Ingredients:
• 4 cod fillets
• 4 parsley sprigs
• 2 cilantro sprigs
• 2 basil sprigs
• 1 lemon, sliced
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. Season the cod with salt and pepper.
2. Place the parsley, cilantro, basil and lemon slices at the bottom of a deep dish baking pan.
3. Region the cod over the herbs and cook in the preheated oven at 350f for 15 minutes.
4. Serve the cod warm and clean together with your favorite facet dish.
