Lemon-Marinated Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped to garnish
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges to garnish
Instructions:
- Thread the chicken onto skewers and set aside. In a bowl, mix half of the oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice, and add the chicken skewers.
- Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- When the marinating time is almost over, preheat a grill to 350ºF, and remove the chicken onto the grill. Cook for 6 minutes on each side.
- Remove and serve warm garnished with rosemary leaves and lemons wedges.
