Ingredients:
- 8 Ounces Small Button Mushrooms* Cleaned and Dried.
- 16 Ounces Kalamata Olives Pitted.
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil Cut Into Strips.
- 1/8 Teaspoon Chili Pepper Flakes or More If Desired.
- Sea Salt and Fresh Pepper to Taste.
- 1 Bottle Olive Oil.
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, place olives, mushrooms.
- Put basil, chili pepper flakes, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle olive oil, mix to combine.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
