Oriental Spicy Turkey Soup

Ingredients:
- 1 Bird’s eye chili, deseeded and chopped
- 2 Oriental sweets peppers, deseeded and chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 1 pound turkey thighs, deboned and cut into halves
Instructions:
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a soup pot over medium-high flame.
- Then, sauté the peppers and onions until just tender and aromatic or about 3 minutes.
- Add in turkey thighs and five-spice powder; pour in 5 cups of water or vegetable broth.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and let it simmer cook for 15 minutes more.
