Ingredients:
• 4 chicken legs
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 lemon, juiced
• 1 orange, juiced
• 1 jalapeno, sliced
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• ½ cup green olives, sliced
• ¼ cup black olives, pitted and sliced
• 1 thyme sprig
• 1 rosemary sprig
Instructions:
1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Warm the oil in a skillet and placed the chicken in the pan.
3. Brown the chicken on all sides for five minutes until golden brown then place the rest of the ingredients and retain cooking on medium heat for15 minutes.
4. Serve the chicken in the sauce with your favorite vegetable.
