Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 diced red pepper
  • 1 cup diced zucchini
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper, as per your taste  
  • Avocado for topping  

Instructions:  

  1. Put everything in a bowl and apply gentle heat until vegetables turn brown  
  2. Pour some pepper and salt as you like and serve with your favorite toppings
