Ingredients:
- 2 cups mussels
- 1 cup scallops
- 2 cups fish stock
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
Instructions:
- Add oil into a non-stick pan.
- Add onion and peppers and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add scallops and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
- Seal pan with lid and cook on high for 15 minutes.
