Ingredients:
Juice of ½ lime
Salt and black pepper to the taste
1 and ½ teaspoon coriander, ground 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
4 trout fillets, boneless
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
2 tablespoons avocado oil
For the sauce:
1 cucumber, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon white vinegar
A pinch of salt and white pepper
Instructions:
Heat up a pan with the avocado oil over medium-high heat, add the fish, salt, pepper, lime juice, 1 teaspoon garlic and the paprika, rub the fish gently and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
In a bowl, combine the cucumber with 4 garlic cloves and the rest of the ingredients for the sauce and whisk well. Divide the fish between plates, drizzle the sauce all over and serve with a side salad.
